Restaurant Jan
Jan Hartwig, one of only ten three-star chefs in Germany, has temporarily moved his restaurant concept "JAN" to the premises of Porzellan Manufaktur Nymphenburg before launching his own restaurant in Munich in summer 2022. The location at the northern Schlossrondell offers exactly the setting that the talented star chef envisioned for his new restaurant: An intimate ambience in which he can cook in direct exchange with his maximum of 16 guests. Here, what belongs together comes together - a great dish on a beautiful plate. Jan Hartwig can now live out his penchant for table culture and handmade porcelain at least five days a week (Mon.-Fri. from 18:30).
